About the Service

In this Agreement, "Platform" refers to the en999 website, mobile application, and all related services. "User" refers to any individual who accesses the platform or uses its services.

Language & Interpretation

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and binding. In the event of any conflict in interpreting a section, en999's interpretation shall prevail, though a review process will be available for reasonable complaints.

Amendment of Terms

en999 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be given advance notice of significant changes wherever possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes shall be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Registration Eligibility

To open an account with en999, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be legally competent and not restricted from using the platform by any law.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

en999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when necessary. National ID, passport, or other official government documents may be requested. Withdrawals or other services may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. This is part of our commitment to operating a safe and reliable platform.

Account Rejection

en999 may reject an account registration or close an existing account in the following circumstances: providing false information, operating multiple accounts, violating age-related conditions, or evidence of fraud.

In Case of Unauthorized Access

Welcome Bonus

en999 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳32,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering conditions must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• One bonus offer cannot be transferred to another bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• en999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings may be forfeited.

VIP Program

en999's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular and active participation on the platform. VIP benefits may change at en999's discretion.

Game Operations

en999 operates games from various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface. If a technical fault causes an issue in determining a game result, the game provider's log records shall be considered final.

Disconnection

If an internet connection is lost or a game session remains incomplete due to technical reasons, the outcome will be determined according to server records. en999 will not be responsible for any loss caused by the user's own connection issues in such circumstances.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events), football (FIFA international and club tournaments), kabaddi, and other sports. Market types and odds are subject to change. In the event of a bet cancellation before or during an event, the rules applicable to that sport will apply.

Changes to Terms

en999 may update these terms at any time. The date of the change will be clearly stated at the top of the page. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time through support. Any balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed, and if any ongoing bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the relevant bonus will be forfeited. en999 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
